Agency Manager
Job Summary: The Agency Manager is a qualified person appointed by the Governing Body to administer, direct, and coordinate all the activities of the Companion Agency, functioning under the direction of the Governing Body.
Organizational Relationship: Reports directly to the Governing Body
Risk Of Occupational Exposure To Blood Borne Pathogens: C: no exposure
Qualifications:
- An individual with training and experience in home services/administration or a related industry.
- Prefer One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Alternate Agency Manager
Job Summary:The Alternate Agency Manager is a qualified person appointed by the Governing Body to administer, direct, and coordinate all the activities of the Home Care Agency in the absence of the Agency Manager. They function under the direction of the Governing Body.
Organizational Relationship: Reports directly to the Governing Body
Risk Of Occupational Exposure To Blood Borne Pathogens: C: no exposure
Qualifications:
- An individual with training and experience in home services/administration or a related industry.
- Prefer One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Must be available 24 hours a day when serving as the Alternate & carry a cell phone.
Companion
Job Summary: The Companion is an individual that provides non-medical services for clients in their residence to ensure the well-being and safety of the client.
Organizational Relationship: Companion reports directly to a qualified supervisor/Agency Manager
Risk Of Occupational Exposure To Blood Borne Pathogens: C: no exposure
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Use of an automobile with possession of liability insurance is desirable.
- Must be able to read, write in English and follow instructions.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have current CPR certification.
Homemaker
Job Summary:
The homemaker is an individual who provides nonmedical services for clients in their residence. Homemaking services may include dietary management, household services essential to the client’s health and wellbeing.
Organizational Relationship: The Homemaker reports directly to the Supervisor/Agency Manager

Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Use of an automobile with possession of liability insurance is desirable.

- Must have current CPR certification.
Companion/Homemaker
Job Summary:
An individual that provides non-medical services for clients in their residence to ensure the well-being and safety of the client, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry & other home services.
Organizational Relationship: Companion reports directly to a qualified supervisor/Agency Manager

Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working as a companion or life experience working.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
